Annual Post-Holiday Charity Event
- The location this year will be at the Wichita Boathouse on the river downtown. Plenty of parking, this is a great site for the event.
- Meal cost will be $15 per person. Importantly this is a BYOB event (by popular request). The club will furnish water and soft drinks.
- The event is also going to be designated as our “new member” event. If you are a new member or have never attended any event….this is the one to make as your introduction.
- Hey, it’s a car club, so dress accordingly.
- Bring something for the raffle event. We have had everything from adult beverages, flags, computer equipment, Porsche clothing, flags, gift certificates for merchandise, services, products, restaurant cards, Chiefs tickets, KU, KSU, WSU and Royals game tickets, children’s toys, Lego car kits, Signs, women’s purses and clothing, etc. Everyone has something they could add to the raffle tables. Last year we circled the entire room and had to add more tables to accommodate the items.
- And finally, bring some cash for the raffle. Almost everyone takes home something, and some people (we are looking at you Elizabeth) win a boatload of stuff. Remember, all money raised goes to charity.
